Change of Mind Returns

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind. Please choose carefully as sale items are final.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any guarantees, warranties, representations, or conditions which cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) or any other applicable law.

Under the ACL, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Faulty or Defective Products

Return Shipping

For faulty or defective products, we will cover the cost of return shipping. For all other returns (if accepted at our discretion), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
